Trecking Rinjani 4 Days 3 Nights

The 4 days 3 nights Rinjani Trekking Package will take you to the peak of Rinjani and Segara Anak Lake, descending via Torean Route. This package is one of the most popular hiking packages among both domestic and international tourists.

Itinerary for 4 Days 3 Nights Rinjani Trekking Package Via Sembalun Day

1: Arrival (D) You will be picked up at Lombok International Airport according to your arrival schedule, then proceed to Senaru Village, North Lombok.

The journey from the airport to Senaru Village takes about 3 hours. Upon arrival in Senaru, check-in at the hotel, have dinner while receiving a briefing for tomorrow’s climb.

The above itinerary is flexible, depending on conditions in the field.

In some of our previous programs, there have been climbers who were not able to continue to the summit, so it is highly recommended to warm up before starting the climb at least 7 days prior (jogging and going up and down stairs).

It is not advisable to participate in the Rinjani trekking program for participants with respiratory problems, Coronary Heart Disease, Epilepsy, High Blood Pressure, Vertigo indications, and other dangerous diseases.

Day 2: Senaru Village – Sembalun – Sembalun Crater Rim (B, L & D)

07.00 Start from Senaru using an open truck towards the Mount Rinjani National Park Registration Office in Sembalun Village.

09.00 Start the climb from Bawak Nao to Post 1.

11.00 Arrive at Post 1, take a short break then continue the journey to Post 2 Shelter Montong Satas (1500 meters above sea level).

13.00 Arrive at Post 2, have lunch prepared by the porter then continue the journey to Post 3 Mondokan Lolak (2000 meters above sea level).

15.00 Arrive at Post 3, take a short break then prepare to climb Bukit Penyesalan for approximately 3 hours towards Sembalun Crater Rim (2639 meters above sea level).

18.00 Arrive at Sembalun Crater Rim, the porter will set up tents and cook dinner.

19.30 Dinner then rest.

Day 3: Sembalun Crater Rim – Rinjani Peak – Segara Anak Lake (B & L)

01.30 Early morning, prepare for the summit. You will be provided with warm drinks and snacks before the climb.

02.00 The journey to Rinjani Peak takes about 3 – 5 hours and can be quite exhausting. The desert, crater, and seemingly endless cliffs will elevate your adrenaline during the journey. We recommend wearing thick sweaters to combat the cold.

06.00 Arrive at Rinjani Peak (3726 meters above sea level), you will see an incredible view, as if you can see the entire island of Lombok. You can even see Mount Tambora, Mount Agung Bali, and several small islands (gilis) around Lombok Island.

06.30 Descend back to Sembalun Crater Rim, have breakfast prepared by porters, then continue the journey to Segara Anak Lake (2010 meters above sea level).

10.00 The journey to the lake takes about 3 – 4 hours (downhill). Hikers will descend rocky slopes with a slope of about 35 degrees.

14.00 Arrive at the lake, have lunch then afternoon rest by the Segara Anak Lake shore, the New Mount Jari located in the middle of the lake looks beautiful. Around the lake, there are also hot springs believed to cure skin diseases, rheumatism, and others. You can also enjoy the sunset and the beauty of the surroundings, enjoy activities at night, make campfires, stargaze, sing, and other activities.

In every Rinjani Trekking Program, it will be directly handled by a guide and several porters.

1. The number of guides used will adjust according to the number of participants with the following details:

1 – 5 participants will be accompanied by 1 guide

6 – 10 participants will be accompanied by 2 guides (one in front and one behind the participants)

2. The number of porters used will adjust according to the number of participants with the following details:

1 participant will be accompanied by 1 porter

2 participants will be accompanied by 2 porters

3 – 4 participants will be accompanied by 3 porters

5 participants will be accompanied by 4 porters

6 – 7 participants will be accompanied by 5 porters

8 participants will be accompanied by 6 porters

9 – 10 participants will be accompanied by 7 porters

3. As for transportation from the pickup location to Senaru Village, the following vehicles will be used:

1 – 4 participants will use Avanza/Ertiga/Xenia or similar vehicles

5 – 6 participants will use Innova

7 – 10 participants will use Toyota Hiace

Day 4: Segara Anak Lake – Torean Village – Transfer Out (B & L)

07.00 Wake up early, have breakfast, and prepare to continue the journey to Torean Village.

08.00 During the approximately 9-hour journey, you will see stunning views of mountain valleys, waterfalls, and rainforests. The path is relatively easy with a predominance of downhill trails and flat roads but the distance is quite far. However, this route is very suitable as a return route when you are at Segara Anak Lake. The path from Barisan Nangka location to Torean Village is relatively safe, passing through forests and community gardens.

17.00 Upon arrival at the Torean gate, the driver is already waiting for you, then continue the journey to the next destination. The tour ends.

The mode of transportation is typical AC tourism transportation with the following conditions:

- 1–4 persons used Toyota Avanza

The remaining payment can be transferred when you meet our guide

Payment is made by sending a down payment of 30% and the balance can be transferred on the first day of the tour program. If you have sent the down payment, our team will immediately send you a payment invoice. Below is our bank account details

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation up to 3 days before the event will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the total price

2. Cancellation 1 day before or on the day of the event, the deposit is non-refundable

3. No-show on the day of the event, with or without prior cancellation, the money is non-refundable

4. The guide reserves the right to cancel or change the schedule/itinerary in case of force majeure (bad weather, natural disasters, war, or other events beyond the control of the field crew that could endanger participants or crew)

5. Changes or cancellations of the schedule/itinerary due to force majeure are non-refundable
